Meet the Team
Jason Bailey
With 33 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and strong leadership.
Starting in the family business at the age of 12, Jason gained hands-on experience in construction and cabinet making. After completing an apprenticeship by age 19, he ventured out on his own, honing his skills and expanding his expertise in various facets of the industry.
A master cabinet maker by trade, Jason has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, functional designs. Since 2006, Jason has also been leading projects, managing teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of complex builds, from residential to commercial projects.
In addition to years of practical experience, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). This academic background, combined with real-world experience, gives Jason a unique problem-solving approach and the ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without sacrificing quality.
Outside of work, Jason is a proud spouse and parent to six children and one grandson, who continue to inspire a dedication to hard work, innovation, and family values.
